Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must have its original hangtag. Use the same mailer that you received your item in, by using the second glue strip, or use a shipping box.

Refund

Please specify the reason for your return and let us know if you would like to receive a refund or a different item in return. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within the next business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If you choose to receive a different item, we will send it to you once we have received the return.

Shipping

We will send a return address via email. Please print it out and affix it to your package. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
